This is an operational draft and should receive legal review before public launch or the addition of analytics and advertising tools.

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, company, role, phone number, email, city, enquiry type and request details. The website does not request financial data or official identification.
2. Purpose
Information is used to respond, assess commercial or partnership needs, organise follow-up and improve the website and related service.
3. Sharing
Information is not sold. It may be available only to authorised people or service providers who need it to operate the website or follow up the enquiry.
4. Retention and protection
Data is kept for as long as needed for its purpose or applicable requirements, with appropriate access controls. No electronic method can guarantee absolute protection.
5. Third-party services
The website may open WhatsApp for contact, and may use hosting or form services such as Netlify when deployed. Those services operate under their own policies.
6. Cookies and analytics
The current build does not include non-essential analytics or advertising tools. This policy and any required consent mechanism must be updated before such tools are added.
